• Account inactivity — Accounts that have recorded no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. cashbet88 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder before applying any dormancy policy.

Upon termination, cashbet88 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account, less any amounts lawfully withheld, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of termination are forfeited.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting cashbet88 customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

cashbet88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
